Air Conditioning Group

  • Condenser clean
  • Belts replaced or adjusted
  • Condensate line clear and draining
  • Store at proper temperature
  • Filters replaced
  • Fresh air screen cleaned
  • All panels secure
  • All trash removed from roof
  • Supply and return air grills clean
  • Inspect blower wheels for rotation and cleanliness
  • Visual inspection of equipment
  • Check all electrical

Ice Maker

  • Condenser clean
  • Water filter replaced
  • Scale removed from unit
  • Media filter installed
  • Water leaks
  • Water Float operation to ensure there is no waste

Refrigeration Group

  • Condenser clean
  • Evaporator clean
  • Case temperature at proper temperature
  • All fans operating
  • Door gaskets OK
  • Door hardware OK
  • Fan guards clean
  • Compressor Cyling - extends the life of the compressor
  • Superheat adjustments if needed to be efficient

Exhaust & Make Up Air

  • Belts replaced or adjusted for proper tension
  • Bearings lubricated
  • Debris cleaned from hood
  • Make up air screen clean
